The Fine Print, in Plain English
Not Investment Advice
MorningStrike publishes impersonal market information to a general audience. Every alert is identical for every subscriber. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is a recommendation that any particular person buy or sell any security. MorningStrike is not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, or financial planner.
Risk of Loss
Options on SPY that expire the same day are among the riskiest instruments available to retail traders. A position can lose most or all of its value within minutes, and losing the entire premium paid on any single trade is a normal and expected outcome of this style of trading. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely. If that describes your situation, do not subscribe.
Performance Figures
Numbers published on this site describe signals generated by an automated system, timestamped when they fire. They are not the results of any subscriber account, and they do not include your commissions, spreads, slippage, or taxes. The sample of published signals is small, and small samples can materially overstate or understate a true edge. Past results do not predict future results.
Your Trades Are Yours
MorningStrike never places trades on your behalf, never connects to your brokerage, and never requests access to your accounts. Acting on a signal, sizing a position, and honoring a stop are your decisions alone. If you are unsure whether this style of trading is appropriate for you, consult a licensed financial professional who knows your situation.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Whop. The trial costs $19 for the first two weeks, then renews at $99 per month automatically unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account and your access continues through the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention process.
Delivery
Alerts are delivered on a best effort basis. Outages, market data interruptions, and platform failures can delay or prevent delivery, and the service can stand down on any day without notice. That is one more reason every alert carries its own exit rules: if no exit alert arrives, honor the posted stop and be flat before the close.
